Join us at The Glass House, our all new dining experience at Wynyard Hall. Nestled among our Kitchen Garden, this plot-to-plate eatery celebrates home-grown, fresh ingredients handpicked from our estate.
Our Ethos
We wanted to create a plot-to-plate restaurant that was authentic and true to nature. As a result, The Glass House, that is located at the centre of our Kitchen Garden is a botanical celebration by both design and flavour. Our menus feature a delightful array of dishes crafted with the freshest seasonal produce harvested straight from our bountiful kitchen garden.
The Glass House is open from Wednesday to Saturday 11:00am until 11:00pm and Sunday from 11:00am with last orders at 3:30pm.
The Kitchen Garden
Our chefs and gardeners work closely together to cultivate a unique blend of seasonal ingredients to complement the delicious cuisine served at The Glass House. From purple stem broccoli and rainbow chard to strawberries and red currants, the Kitchen Garden celebrates home-grown seasonal produce throughout the year.
